Cancellation of orders/ Refund orders:

Since Luulla.com will take out money or their 10-20% every purchase made in my store, I will deduct the amount which Luulla take out from your original payment. Remember also that paypal will take theirs too.

And by the way, RIGHT AWAY, Luulla will take away 10-20% of any cancellation orders. This means you are not getting your money 100%. If you do not believe Ill show you my receipt when Luulla takes away their portion everytime I receive orders from my customers.

Let say you purchase a 24 dollars dress from my store, AUTOMATICALLY, Luulla.com take out their portion of 2.40 cents. Then you cancelled your order or I refund you this means I will only refund your 21.6 dollars. When I will refund 21.6 dollars, paypal also will take theirs from that 21.6 dollars. Got it?

REMINDER: PAYPAL AND LUULLA take their portion which they dont refund me. Sorry you cant have your money 100% plus restocking fee in case you want to file dispute.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I accept returns and exchanges.

RETURNS: Please ship unsatisfied orders with in 7-10 days. After 7-10 days it means sold out. Please contact me for return address.

REFUNDS: I will refund your money when I received my product back in good condition. If the item was used, tags is missing, dirty or unsellable, there will be no refund.

I DO NOT REFUND ITEMS OR PRODUCTS worth of 15 dollars and below. All sales of 15 dollars and below are FINAL.

I DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES.
